Refund and Returns Policy
📅 Overview
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Note: Certain items like perishable goods (flowers, food), newspapers, magazines, intimate/sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids/gases are non-returnable.

Please ensure to include your receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return items to the manufacturer.
🫢 Partial Refunds
- Books with signs of use
- Opened media (CD, DVD, games, etc.)
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts
- Returns after 30 days from delivery
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

🎉 Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
💎 Exchanges
We replace items only if they’re defective or damaged. Email hello@flourishbouquets.com for exchange requests.

🎁 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit after your return is received. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund goes to the gift giver.
🚚 Shipping Returns

You’re responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or insurance for valuable items, as we can’t guarantee receipt.
