🎐 How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Just browse our bouquets, click on your favorite, select size and add-ons, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email once your order is placed.
🕒 Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date and time?
Yes! During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date and time slot. We do our best to ensure your flowers arrive fresh and right on time.
🚚 What are the delivery charges?
We offer free delivery within selected city zones. Charges may apply for remote or out-of-area deliveries, which are calculated at checkout based on location.
🌷 What if no one is home to receive the flowers?
Don’t worry! We’ll try to contact the recipient or you. If unsuccessful, we’ll either leave the flowers in a safe place or attempt redelivery later.
📝 Can I include a custom message with my bouquet?
Absolutely! Every bouquet includes a complimentary message card. Simply type your message at checkout, and we’ll include it with your order.
🔄 What is your return/refund policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, non-perishable items. Flowers and perishable items are non-returnable. Please read our Return & Refund Policy for more details.
